An ongoing journal of building an "off-the-grid" solar homestead, life, boring tedious stuff, knee-jerk eco-socialist opinion, work (as little as possible) and family---from the edge of the wilderness (where the Sierra meets the Cascades).

House Finches Share Our House...
While Joni was busy making some Cob, she noticed a nest of House Finches. There are youngin's in the nest (and boy do they chirp when fed). Can you find the nest?
See it yet?
Not a great photo. The House Finches are welcome. I'm amazed they were able to build their little nest right under our noses...
