Blue Jean Insulation!!!

We bought the insulation from a Green Entrepreneur in Grass Valley. They have quite the colorful truck! The driver told me that they can't keep enough of this recycled cotton insulation in stock. Good. I can't stand that pink fiberglass stuff...

The driver was one of those kids who are starting off life working for a Green Entrepreneur. The hippy dippy type. Relaxed. Bandanna on his head. A political slogan on his shirt. Answered questions in a hippy drawl (in a George Carlin sort of way)..."wow, man, groovy"....

Bundles of Blue Jeans destined for our rafters...the stuff looks like lint from your dryer. I should have just been collecting that for about the last twenty years...

And we have mortar...which will be used in various places. Each bag weighs 80 pounds...and I will have to move it under the roof today, as it is supposed to rain tomorrow.
