The Antique Tin is on the Roof...

We finally have a roof over our heads! We started cutting logs for this on the 8th of September. Took us until today to complete the job.

The rusty tin makes the place look like it's been here for 100 years (we hope to confuse the local building inspectors)....

The umpteen millionth photo of the post and beam addition:

I am happy that we were able to do this without the following: Major Injuries; Accidents; Plans; Blue Prints; Permits; Knowledge; Fatal Errors; Unexpected Structural Collapses; Hard Hats; Brains; Clear Cutting Timber; Falls--well there was one minor fall; Proper Equipment; Cranes; Common Sense; Experience; Heavy Machinery.

Now we just hold our collective breaths, and hope it doesn't fall (or leak).
