They put their panels on top of their cellar building. However, they just dug out a cave which will serve that purpose.

Solar Wineries, part two: Dutch Henry
Dutch Henry Winery is a cult favorite. They sell out most everything they make. They made a Syrah a few years ago, that was amongst the best I've ever tasted. Both Casa Nuestra and Dutch Henry are smaller, artisan wineries. They both make fantastic wines.
